The design and construction of the FIZ Frankfurt Biotechnology Innovation Center, along with its technical, laboratory and communications facilities, was put up for tender as part of a bidding competition for property developers. Infraserv Höchst was chosen to design highly advanced, automated buildings that offer maximum flexibility for personalizing work environments. The multifunctional design of the modules satisfied the operator's need for flexibility and represented a significant contribution to this successful cutting-edge project.
