Programs and initiatives
We operate various programs to quickly and smoothly integrate recent hires into their new workplaces.
First, new employees attend orientation sessions to get an overview of Infraserv’s wide range of services. Then, they go though onboarding programs that provide support as they settle in: from structured induction plans and extensive knowledge management to introductions to key staff members.
Young professionals can even enroll in Inside Infraserv, a program that introduces recent recruits to different units and like-minded individuals so they can start building networks.
All employees benefit from in-depth professional development, but selected employees can also attend special development programs tailored to their career situation – from tips for confidently handling projects to secrets of success in their first leadership position.
